How do I place an order?

Please complete the order request form. I will contact you within 24 hours to confirm whether or not I can accommodate your request.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend that you place your order request at least a week in advance (and even earlier during the holiday season). We are a small operation, so we can only take a limited number of orders at a time.

What payment methods are accepted?

We prefer payment via Venmo: https://www.venmo.com/u/Ryan-Miyahara-2

How do I get my treats?

Pick up: I will provide my address with your order confirmation.  We will communicate via text or email to determine the best time window for you to pick up the treats on your requested date.

Delivery: If you are within 10 miles of Campbell, delivery will be free. If you are outside of this radius, you will provide a street address and zip code, and I will provide the delivery fee information in your order confirmation (at this time, you will have the opportunity to cancel the order or change to pick up). We will communicate via text or email to determine the best time window for you to receive your delivery on your requested date.

What are the flash sales?

When I have extra treats, I will send alerts to those who have subscribed here in case anyone is in the mood for a special treat that day!

What are the different packaging options?

Your Reusable Container: If you don't need your treats individually heat sealed and want to minimize packaging, you can bring your own reusable container and receive a discount of 15 cents per item.  Your container should be air-tight to keep the treats fresh.

Gift Packaging: For an extra charge (to be determined by the size of your order), treats will be individually heat sealed, and placed in a box or tin decorated with musical accents.

What is your cancellation policy?

We will do our best to accommodate your change in plans, but especially for large orders, we begin preparing several days in advance. Our default policy is that all sales are final and there are no refunds.
